With Wine Spirits you need to be brave. As were, the first generations of Mazzetti House to produce them, back in the old days. Twenty years of “forgetfulness” are not few … but they are what this Spirit has truly lived in the barriques, at the cool natural temperature of a cellar which is the cradle of a poetic evolution. Every year the Spirit, produced by strict application of the discontinuous process with a bain-marie, evaporates a little more, losing some volume through vapors, but becoming more concentrated with typical aromas of “brave” ageing.
