When the first aging of Wine Aquavitae tooked place at Mazzetti House, we already thought that in order to reach the typical smoothness of the old days’ barrique-aged Arzente, it would have taken years. So, the number of months in a year become the number of years to wait to let this Spirit refine, with the contribution of the best woods. We finally obtained a Spirit, sweet and easy to be tasted everyday, given its bouquet rich and clear, a real “bridge” between young Wine Aquavitae and the longer aged ones. Sips in which you can still find the frankness of a Wine’s primary aromas, but already thinking of the long term promise but already having a glimpse at even longer ageing.
