The cordial entente between two Alto Monferrato red grapes like Dolcetto and Brachetto is wonderful . The intense combination brings out the characteristics of these two red “tenacious” grapes expressing the scents of the hills of Alto Monferrato, “concentrating” all the perfumes of their land while growing. From the steep hills… to the Ageing Cellar where the grappas of the two grapes “soften” thanks to ageing, at natural temperature, in small Tronçais oak barrels.
